Behbehani Brothers was founded in 1952 by two faimilies, Behbehani and Shirazi,
and started its life as a general trading company. In 1957, Behbehani Brothers diversified into the automotive retail industry and became the distributors for Volkswagen cars in Bahrain. Over the following decades, they continued to expand their portfolio, becoming the exclusive Porsche importers in 1967 and adding Audi in 1984. This was followed by the addition of Jeep in 1994, and Chrysler, Dodge, and RAM in 2007.
As a market leader in Bahrain's automotive trade, Behbehani Brothers built brand new, state-of-the-art facilities in Sitra to accommodate the growing demand. These included dedicated showrooms for Volkswagen, Porsche, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, RAM, and Audi, opened between 2006-2007. The main Sitra site also houses a large parts warehouse, a vehicle refinishing center, and a training academy accredited by the UK's Institute of the Motor Industry.
In 2012, the company further expanded its brand portfolio by adding the Italian brands Fiat and Alfa Romeo.
The year 2018, Behbehani Brothers has been awarded the distribution and servicing rights for the pure and visionary Italian Automotive brand Lamborghini. Having the base of sales operation located in Seef District and after sales in main site which is located in Sitra
The British luxury automotive manufacturer Bentley Motors appointed Behbehani Brothers as their official retail partner in 2019 to provide sales and after-sales services in the Kingdom. Having the dedicated sales and service showrooms in Sitra.
Towards the end of 2019 Behbehani Brothers further extended their portfolio of prestigious brands by partnering with the Czech Republic Automotive Manufacturer Skoda. The appointment represents another milestone in growth and new era of Skoda in Bahrain.

Behbehani Brothers group with having over 65 years of experience in Bahrain’s business industry, the group ventured into a new chapter in the automotive sector by establishing Behbehani Wheels WLL, an official dealer for Ducati, Indian, Slingshot, and Energica motorcycles. This state-of-the-art sales and service center located in Salmabad, is equipped with the latest diagnostic tools and offers a wide range of accessories, safety gear, and merchandise for motorcycle enthusiasts.
