BEHBEHANI BROTHERS ANNOUNCE STRATEGIC AFTER-SALES SERVICING PARTNERSHIP WITH FRENCH LUXURY ICON BUGATTI IN BAHRAIN

Behbehani Brothers W.L.L., a leader in the automotive business, today announced that the company has signed a strategic Service Partner agreement with Bugatti, the exclusive French hyper sports car marque.

 

The Bugatti Service Partner Network includes Bugatti Service Partners and Bugatti Service Partners of Excellence. While both partners carry out a full range of service and maintenance requirements, the Partners of Excellence will handle more complex maintenance work and specialized repairs. The Bahrain Partner Network will be managed by, Mr. Anthony Palmer, a highly qualified expert Bugatti Trained technician who has more than 8 years of experience in servicing Bugatti cars, and 30 years in the Automotive technical service business. Our Bugatti Services range can be provided to any Bugatti owner, whether in Bahrain itself or beyond at any time.

 

The formal agreement was signed by Steven Hill, Group General Manager, Behbehani Brothers and Christian Mastro, Member of the board Sales, Marketing and Customer Service at Bugatti on 31st of March, 2021. Under the agreement, Bugatti customers can now enjoy peace of mind and have access to a dedicated team of Aftersales experts at the Behbehani Group Service Centre, located in Sitra, Bahrain.

 

Commenting on the partnership announcement, Mr. Hill said: “Bugatti is synonymous with bespoke luxury and unrivalled performance all around the world and we are delighted to add the marque under the Behbehani umbrella”. The addition of Bugatti is a great honor for us and we are confident that this partnership will further extend and compliment the group’s existing portfolio of premium automotive brands. Furthermore, it is a testament of our After-sales service team’s passion and commitment of providing true value and complete satisfaction to our Brand customers.”

The dedicated private workshop is fully equipped with Bugatti specialist tooling and equipment and supported by the genuine spare parts and accessories supply chain. All repairs are carried out by our qualified technical team who operate under the strict quality control procedures, requirements and guidelines stipulated by the Bugatti marque.

 

Recently, Bugatti launched the Passeport Tranquillité service program, which makes the ongoing maintenance and ownership easier than ever. Veyron and Chiron owners can choose a complete ‘peace of mind’ solution with the new service program, which includes one service per year with an official Bugatti service partner. The Passeport Tranquillité is designed to cover vehicle life after the end of the Bugatti-provided standard warranty period. Bugatti drivers can continue to enjoy the certainty of maintenance and upkeep of their unique hyper sports car, happily knowing that a highly qualified team of dedicated technicians are on hand to ensure their Bugatti’s optimum performance.
